2k Family Fun Run Walk

EVENT DATE – SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2019 – 9AM

The Woodlands Marathon will host the annual Pathfinder Pediatric 2K Fun Run/Walk. Children and individuals are invited to run or walk the 2K course that will traverse the streets of Town Center. Friends, family and spectators will be able to cheer the participants across the finish line.

  • PROCESSING FEES are not included ($4-$8 average).
  • Entry is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Race entry may be switched to another race distance for a $10 admin fee and any difference in fees if moving up in distance. Please email registration@thewoodlandsmarathon.comif you would like to switch races. Registration switches must be by February 8, 2019.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
Recommended for children ages 3-13 but adults may participate. All participants must be 3 years of age by February 24, 2018. Athletes younger than 3 years of age will need a parent request to participate in the 2K Fun Run Walk. Upon review the Race Director may grant approval. Parents will be allowed to run with their children.

Pathfinder is the culmination of our fifteen plus years experience serving the special needs children of Texas. After being involved in both geriatric and pediatric home health and rehabilitation clinics, we realized that pediatric patients, caregivers, and clinicians need and deserve a specialty program designed to meet the many challenges specific to pediatric care. We focus on providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to the underserved youth of Texas, and will strive to provide our families with the best possible care.
